How do I submit a return request for goods purchased in the SUPERBOX online store?
The easiest way to do this is by filling out the electronic return form in your User Account on the SUPERBOX website. You can also submit the statement in another written form.
In the statement, please specify:
- first name and last name;
- email address;
- order number;
- product code of the item being returned;
- quantity being returned.
