Can I return only part of my order?
Yes. When withdrawing from a distance purchase agreement, you can return not only the entire order but also a part of it. Please specify the product code and the quantity being returned in your statement.
Please note that returned standard packaging must be in the same condition as when delivered. If you are returning boxes, they must not be folded out from their flat forms. Folded or otherwise used packaging may be considered to have lost part or all of its commercial value, so the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly or withheld, as provided by law.
